Located in the townsite of Elkwater, along the lake. Visitor Centre approximately 2.0km from Hwy #41 turnoff, beside Elkwater Landing, just past the marina and beach.

- December 1, 2012 to April 30, 2013: Open Wednesday through Sunday 9:30am - 5:00pm, Closed Monday and Tuesday
- Additional dates open: December 31, 2012; April 8, 2013
- Recreation equipment available for rent (GPS units, snowshoes, cross country skis, fishing equipment)
